Article 50-2 (Prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail address, etc.)

1. ① No one is allowed to collect e-mail address by using program or other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses in the internet websites without the prior consent of the operator or administrator of internet website.
2. ② No one is allowed to engage in sales and distribution of e-mail addresses collected by violating the provisions of the Clause 1 above.
3. ③ No one is allowed to use the e-mail address for transmission of information with the awareness that they are e-mail addresses prohibited for collection, sales and distribution in accordance with the provisions of the Clauses 1 and 2 above.
